Service is with Comcast and has high-speed wireless internet service and the TV is Netflix ready if you have an account.

Rental Rates & Fees:

Winter: $2150.00 per week.

Summer: $2250.00 per week

Holidays: $2500.00 (Christmas, New Years, 4th of July,Thanksgiving)

Sports Week: $3500.00

Lobster Week: $3500.00

Fall discount (after labor Day to Dec. 1) $1800 per week.(Thanksgiving week $2350.00)

All rental rates are plus a $50 booking fee, $300 cleaning fee, 12.5% sales tax and a refundable $500 reservation/security deposit.
