The pool is 10 X 26 and 4.5' in depth
2154 sq ft of living area with mature lush landscaping, garage to store all your toys, bait freezer, fish cleaning table and 4 flat screen TV's. Hi speed wireless internet for your enjoyment. Large screened patio overlooks the pool deck. Cabana Club membership is included.
King in the master bedroom, a queen in each of the two guest bedrooms. There is a pull out couch in the living room as well as a chair that pulls out into a twin size.
There is an outside buner that runs on propane for cooking fish if you don't want to smell up the house. It is loacted on the side of the house in the rocks. just put your fish in the pan and have fun otudoors!!
Rates starting at $2750/wk with all holidays and lobster weeks at $3,300. The Lobster Mini Week is $3500
Cleaning $300, Booking Fee $50, Taxes 12.5%, Optional pool heat is $200/wk if requested by the Wed. prior to arrival. If requested day of arrival the fee is $250 plus taxes.
