You'll find everything you could want when you stay at this 3 bedroom, 2 bath pool home located on a gulfside canal with protected dockage. Quiet residential neighborhood. Quick access to the Gulf and only a short run to Vaca Cut for Ocean access.

Beautifully furnished home with a great floor plan. All on one level (elevated) the living, dining and kitchen areas all open to each other and the cathedral ceilings and doors opening to the screen porch give it a light and spacious feel. The kitchen is equipped with everything a cook could want and all within a few steps. The eating bar provides extra seating or serving area and the dining table is just beyond. The living area has comfortable leather couches, perfect for watching movies or TV on the big screen. The screen porch runs across the back of the living area and overlooks the canal and has stairs to the pool deck.

The bedrooms are at the west end of the house with a Master Bedroom suite with a king bed, sliding glass doors open to the screen porch and a Master Bath with a jetted tub, separate shower and vanity, all tiled with marble and granite. The guest bedrooms have a queen bed in one and 2 twin beds in the other. The hall bath with a tub shower combination is just steps from either bedroom or the living areas. All the bedrooms have their own TV! Tile floors through out the home for easy care.

The 75' dock offers great protected dockage with a step down area for easy access, fish cleaning table on the dock and a bait freezer in the garage. Access to the Gulf is just minutes and a short run to Vaca Cut for ocean access.

A lovely pool is waterside, 12' x 25' with the option of heat in the winter ($200 plus tax per week additional). Poolside is a covered patio with a dining area and great spot to get shade while watching the kids in the pool or for the cook when using the gas grill.

High-speed internet (Comcast service Wifi) Central air, washer and dryer, gas grill, bait freezer. No smoking inside.

Please note that we typically book only on a Saturday to Saturday schedule and do not break up an additional week for extra days less than the next full week.

Winter: $3000.00 per week

Summer:  $3000.00 per week, no summer month discount

Holidays: $3500per week - Thanksgiving, Christmas, NYE, Fourth of July

Lobster Weeks: $3700

Fall Discount: $2200.00 per week.

Rates are plus a $50 booking fee, 12.5% sales tax and a refundable $500 deposit, $250 cleaning fee
