This comfortable retreat features a well-designed sleeping layout with a king-size master suite, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with two double beds, making it ideal for families or small groups traveling together.

Inside, the home is bright and inviting with an open living space that allows you to relax while staying connected to the rest of the group. Entertainment is easy with four TVs, including a 42-inch flat screen in the living room, two DVD players, and high-speed wireless internet. From the living room, dining area, or kitchen, you can easily keep an eye on the kids as they enjoy the 8x14 on-site swimming pool, with optional heating available for an additional charge.

Step outside to enjoy the newly installed composite decking that surrounds the pool and backyard, creating a comfortable, level space perfect for lounging, entertaining, or enjoying the warm island breeze. Whether you are relaxing poolside or watching the kids fish along the canal, the outdoor area offers a peaceful and enjoyable setting.

Boaters and anglers will appreciate the 37.5 feet of dockage along the concrete seawall, complete with 20-amp power and water hookups. Additional outdoor amenities include a fish cleaning table, gas grill, bait freezer, outdoor shower, and a locked storage shed ideal for storing scuba or fishing gear.

Guests also benefit from membership to the Cabana Club, adding even more enjoyment to their stay.
