Welcome to Casa Pasian, a beautifully maintained Mediterranean-inspired waterfront estate located on the tranquil waters of Sombrero Lagoon. This exceptional home sits on an amazing piece of land with abundant space throughout, offering privacy, comfort, and room to relax both indoors and outdoors. The property features 6 spacious bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms, with most bedrooms offering a private ensuite bathroom. The home is exceptionally well taken care of and designed to accommodate guests comfortably while still providing plenty of personal space. Casa Pasian may be rented as either a 4-bedroom or 6-bedroom home.

The ground level offers a kids’ room and playroom ( not attached to the main house separate entrance)making it perfect for families, along with 2.5 bathrooms, including a convenient half bath located near the kitchen. Upstairs, you’ll find five additional bedrooms, four of which open onto private decks where you can soak up the sun and enjoy the Florida Keys breeze.

Bedroom accommodations are as follows:
The primary upstairs suite features a king bed, private ensuite bathroom, and access to a private deck.
The second upstairs bedroom includes two queen beds with an ensuite bathroom and deck access.
The third upstairs bedroom offers two full beds with an ensuite bathroom and access to a balcony.
The fourth upstairs bedroom( second master) includes a king bed, private ensuite bathroom, and deck access.
The fifth upstairs bedroom features a queen bed and couch with trundle with its own ensuite bathroom.
The ground-level kids’ room is equipped with 2 bunk beds, including twin-over-full bunks with full pull-out trundles. Creating the perfect space for children or teens.

The outdoor living space at Casa Pasian is truly unmatched. Relax under shaded walkways, enjoy meals and drinks at the outdoor kitchen and bar, or play a friendly game of pool while overlooking the large pool deck and waterfront views. The oversized pool is ideal for swimming, lounging, or poolside fun, and there is ample room around the pool for everyone to spread out and enjoy the sunshine.

Boaters and anglers will love the extensive dockage, with approximately 50 feet of dock space capable of accommodating boats of virtually any size. The dock includes a fish cleaning station, bait freezer, ladder, and plenty of room for fishing directly off the dock, where species such as snook, snapper, tarpon, and more are often seen. Nature lovers will enjoy paddleboarding or kayaking through the mangroves and spotting manatees and local wildlife along the lagoon.

Casa Pasian is ideally located just 2.5 miles from Sombrero Beach, one of the few white sand beaches in the Florida Keys. The Florida Keys Country Club is directly across the street, and everyday essentials like Publix, Walgreens, and a liquor store are less than a mile away. Dockside, a local waterfront bar with nightly live music, is also just a short walk or drive from the property.
