Inside, the first level features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, flowing seamlessly into the dining and living areas. French doors open to the spacious covered porch overlooking the canal, creating a perfect indoor-outdoor living experience. A half bathroom is also located on this level for convenience.

Upstairs, the master suite offers a king bed, private bathroom, flat-screen TV, and its own private balcony with canal views. The second bedroom features a queen bed, and the third bedroom includes two twin beds, along with a shared hall bathroom.

Coral Lagoon Resort & Marina is set on nearly six acres of beautifully maintained tropical grounds and offers a heated pool with ample seating. The property is conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, charter boats, and local attractions, making it an ideal destination for both relaxation and adventure.

Ramp hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm daily

Trailer storage is availble off site free of charge 1/2 mile away

       THERE ARE FORMS TO BE COMPLETED AND RETURNED TO THE BOAT HOUSE MARINA IF YOU ARE BRINGING A BOAT AND USING THE SLIP.


When it is time for you to check out, please stop by the Dockmaster’s office at Coral Lagoon (305-481-0653) or call the office to schedule a time to use the ramp. The crew will place your trailer down by the ramp so you can hook up and be ready to load the boat on your trailer.  After you are loaded, you can pull forward and use a hose we provide to quickly flush your engines and rinse the brakes and axles.
Please note that if you plan to travel with a boat, we can only guarantee that one boat will be able to fit at the dock.
