The master bedroom has a king size bed. The guest bedroom has a twin with a pull up twin trundle that can be made up as another king bed. The hall bath has a tub/shower combination and is just steps from either bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped with a Jenn Air range, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave oven, a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig ..all within reach of the cook.. An eating bar compliments the seating at the dining table.

Central air, washer and dryer, fish cleaning table on the dock. Gas grill. Pergo flooring in the living areas and new, engineered wood flooring in the bedrooms. Highspeed Internet with WiFi router. Small pet may be considered ($150 pet fee if approved) No smoking inside.

Rates & Fees:

Winter $1200 week

Summer: $1150  week

Holidays, Sports and lobster weeks: $1350

Fall $950.00 week

January, February and March and April $4500.00 per month (28 day discount)

Rates are plus a $50 booking fee, $150 cleaning fee, 12.5% sales tax

$150 pet fee if approved.
