Completely rebuilt and updated from the ground up following Hurricane Irma, Barefoot Bungalow combines modern comforts with laid-back island style. Inside, you’ll find tile flooring throughout, granite countertops, a beautiful backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and a spacious kitchen with breakfast bar seating. There’s even a built-in wine cooler to keep your favorite drinks perfectly chilled after a day on the water.

The open living area is comfortable and welcoming, with plenty of room to gather for movie nights or relaxing after a day in the sun. The dining area offers seating for six, with additional seating for two at the breakfast bar.

Sleeping Arrangements

Primary Bedroom: King-size bed, private en-suite bathroom, 42-inch flat-screen TV, and relaxing island-inspired décor.

Guest Bedroom: Queen-size bed, 40-inch flat-screen TV, and island-inspired décor.

Living Room: Queen-size pull-out sleeper sofa for additional sleeping accommodations.

The home comfortably accommodates a maximum of 6 guests, including all children.

The bathrooms have been beautifully updated, including a high-end glass shower enclosure in the primary bathroom.

Outside is where Barefoot Bungalow truly shines. Start your morning with coffee while enjoying the tropical surroundings, unwind with a cocktail in the screened lanai, or fire up the gas grill and cook your fresh catch for dinner.

For boaters, the location is hard to beat. The home sits on a canal just four houses from the open ocean, offering incredibly convenient access for a day of fishing, diving, snorkeling, or cruising the Keys. A 35-foot dock, fish-cleaning table, and bait freezer make it easy to enjoy everything the waters of the Florida Keys have to offer.

When you’re ready for a slower pace, grab one of the two complimentary single-person kayaks and head out for a peaceful paddle or an unforgettable Florida Keys sunset.
