The outdoor space is designed for enjoying the Keys lifestyle, featuring a private 14 x 30 pool with depths ranging from 3 feet 6 inches to 6 feet, with optional pool heating available for an additional fee. The expansive screened patio overlooks the lagoon and offers a relaxing setting for morning coffee or evening meals. A gas grill is provided for outdoor cooking and entertaining. Inside, the home offers over 1,900 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space with a bright, open layout and beautiful water views throughout. The living room features comfortable seating and a 65-inch flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a day on the water. The fully updated kitchen includes all-new appliances and is well equipped for preparing meals at home. Accommodations include two spacious master bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, private ensuite bathroom, and 42-inch TV. A queen guest bedroom also features a 42-inch TV, while the bunk room includes bunk beds plus an additional twin bed and a 38-inch TV, sleeping up to three guests. Additional sleeping space is available with a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. High-speed wireless internet, a washer and dryer, and all essential amenities are provided to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. Whether you are looking to relax poolside, explore the waterways, or enjoy the nearby beach, this home offers everything needed for a memorable Keys vacation. Absolutely no smoking and no pets are allowed at this property. If a pet is found on the premises, guests will be asked to leave.

This was one of the best vacations we have had! The house is perfect for our family of 6. Our 14 year old daughter loved having her own suite bathroom. :) We enjoyed hours in the pool, the dock, kayaking, to Sombrero Beach. This house has it all.
We explored Horseshoe Beach, Bahia Honda State Park, fishing off bridge. We ate at Island Fish Co and Florida Keys Steak & Lobster - both very good!
We rented a boat at Two Conchs and had an amazing day fishing.

This is one of the best vacations we've had. We spent a lot of time down by the pool and looking at the jellyfish off the dock. This house was gorgeous for our family melas and game nights.
On this trip, we took a couple of walks to the near by Sombrero Beach. We watched the beautiful sunset and got some great pictures. We went to little shops around the area, rented a boat and went snorkleing and so much more.
We had a great stay here and made so many memeories. We're so thankful for this home and how many fun times we had.

March 2026:All we can say is wow!!!! The view was amazing with the pool being right next to the water and having the dock. One of the best parts is the water view and to wake up to that view every morning was just breathtaking with 3 dolphins swimming out to the ocean. The house was well equipped with dishes, plenty of beach towels, it was perfect for 6 adults.

After spending 15 plus years vacationing together we decided to visit the Florida Keys. Our 2 Families born and raised on the Eastern side of Maryland. This was a great vacation. We really enjoyed the lazy dog Kayaking, Island Fish Company and seeing different starfish. We hope other families get the blessing to experience this beautiful place as we did! We also reccomend jumping off the sugarloaf bridge!
