Your stay at this 4 Bedrooms, 4 Bath residence will be a vacation to remember! Driving through the gates and up the winding driveway all you see is the lush tropical landscaping until you come to the house where the property opens up to the waterfront. Over 200' of seawall with the pool set on the side of the home to take advantage of the views and the sunsets! The pier dock stretches out into the Gulf of Mexico and provides great dockage, if you don’t have a boat it is a great spot to fish or jump in and snorkel the shoreline. Please note the boat lift is not available for guest use.

Did I mention sunset? You can see the sun drop into the water or have fabulous sunset color from the living areas, balconies, screen porch, pool, hot tub and dock! Take your pick of a different location each evening! The oversized pool with an elevated hot tub, the dock is just icing on the cake!  

The home has two levels connected by either the interior elevator or outside stairs. The upper level is where you will find the main living area with a fabulous kitchen that any cook should love! It overlooks the dining and living area so every one can share conversation. The living room seating area offers great entertainment via the big screen TV. and the windows and sliding glass doors overlook the open water which is always entertaining! The screen porch off the kitchen has a built-in grill island and steps down to the pool deck. There is a wraparound balcony that returns to the front of the house and has an open deck.
The master suite is on the 2nd floor off the kitchen and living area. It has a spacious private bath with a double sink vanity, large soaking that has jets and a walk-in shower. The master has a King size bed and TV. The guest bedroom on this level has a queen bed, TV and interior access to the hall bath which has a large walk-in shower so you could have two master suites.

The lower level has an expansive second living area with a sectional couch for big screen TV (85") viewing and pool table. Beautiful views out to the Gulf from this recreational area and direct access to the shoreline and dock. A second refrigerator serves as a beverage cooler, microwave for popcorn (movie time!) and a round dining table that works great for games or puzzles. Two guest bedrooms are also on this level, one with a Queen bed (and 32" TV) and one with 2 twin beds (and 48" TV). Two full baths on this floor (showers only no tubs) and a laundry room complete this level.

Please note: The maximum total occupancy for this property is 10 and that includes kids and babies...no exceptions, local rental ordinance.

Please note that we typically book only on a Saturday-to-Saturday schedule and do not break up an additional week for extra days less than the next full week.

Winter: $6000.00

Summer: $6200.00

Holidays $6800.00   Labor Day $4500.00

Lobster Weeks $7000.00

Fall Discount: $3900.00. Fall Special. ($7000 for Thanksgiving week).

Pool heat is optional at an additional cost of $200 per week.

All rates are plus a $50 booking fee, $500.00 cleaning fee, Optional Pool heat $200 wk, 12.5% sales tax and a refundable $1000 reservation/security deposit

Amazing!
We have stayed in the keys for many years and this was hand down the best property we have ever stayed in. The house was beautiful, with brand new kitchen and tons of upgrades. Fabulous pool, dock with great fishing too! It was quiet and never felt crowded even with a big group. We will definitely stay there again. Only recommendation would be to add key pad to doors so we dont have to drive to the office. Cushions at the pool would be nice, but these are minor and in no way detract from how amazing it was

Quiet neighborhood
Love the kitchen update from last year. We had a lovely time. Very quiet location near restaurants and shopping.
