Paradise at MM50

Nice setting  across from the Golf Course in Sombrero. Lovely home with top end kitchen appliances and all the conveniences for a perfect vacation.  27 X 12 pool (heat is $200/wk add'l). The golf course is at your front door for added privacy and serenity. 50' of dockage with electric, fish cleaning table and bait freezer. There is also a full bath (with shower) off the pool deck downstairs. That is the 3rd bath.
King in the master bedroom, King in the 1st guest bedroom. The 2nd guest bedroom has a bunk style bed with a full size mattress on the bottom and a twin on the top. The bottom also opens up (as a trundle bed) and has another twin. Pull out couch in the living room.
Lots of peaceful sitting area's...one on the deck overlooking the canal, one on the street side (which is screened) overlooking the golf course....and an adorable quiet spot in between the kids bedroom and the main living area.
Walking or biking distance to shops, groceries and restaurants in a VERY quiet setting. Just a short bike or car ride to wonderful Sombrero Beach (2 miles away).
